The restaurant was opened in 2019 and is located in the historic center of Florence just 5 minutes walk from the Central Station of Santa Maria Novella in one of the oldest districts of the city.

OUR MENU
The menu offers traditional Japanese dishes from Aichi, the birthplace of the chef Tanaka, among the specialties you can taste Misokatsu, Tebasaki, Kishimen and a delicious rice cake called Uirō-Mochi. All accompanied by an excellent Sake and typical Japanese beers.
